Article 1 - Acceptance of the Agreement:Personal and Non-

Navigating, interacting with, or using our websites and derivative platforms, as well as purchasing any program, content, or service, implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookies Policy.

By accessing Apotēca Sonōra, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or of legal majority in your jurisdiction) and possess full legal capacity to enter into this agreement. This contract governs the relationship between you (as a user/client) and Apotēca Sonōra, a project owned by Ámbar Sarmiento Padín. If you do not agree with these terms, we kindly ask you to refrain from using our services.

Article 2 - Intellectual Property, Trademarks, and Proprietary Technology

All material from Apotēca Sonōra (including acoustic potions, high-frequency audio signatures, Axiom Tuning—our method based on quantum acoustic technology—videos, manuals, graphics, logos, the name Apotēca Sonōra, and the associated slogan: "distilled with the art of organic alchemy") is the exclusive intellectual property of Ámbar Sarmiento Padín.

Transferable Use: The content and audio sessions are strictly for your personal cultivation and development (your "quantum garden"). It is strictly prohibited to share, transfer, sell, rent, edit, decompile, transmit, or publish any material across digital or print media.

Prohibition of Plagiarism and Exploitation: Total or partial reproduction of the content for commercial purposes or for teaching third parties is not permitted. Any authorized quote or mention must include the explicit reference: Ámbar Sarmiento Padín, Apotēca Sonōra.

Brand and Methodology Protection: The name Apotēca Sonōra and its associated technologies may not be used by third parties to market therapies, audios, sessions, or similar services.

Article 3 - Access and Pricing

100% Digital Product: All products, sessions, and materials provided by Apotēca Sonōra are strictly digital. No physical goods, CDs, or printed copies will be shipped.

Audio Streaming and High-Definition Quality: Our audio stream is delivered in high-definition (HD) sound format, which is essential to preserve the acoustic integrity and frequency precision required for our sound alchemy. The user is responsible for using suitable audio equipment (such as quality headphones) to experience the intended sound quality.

Authorship and Production: All acoustic potions are original works created and produced using Digital Performer by Ámbar Sarmiento Padín.

Unlimited Access and Taxes: Access to the acoustic potions is provided via a one-time payment, with no additional or recurring costs. The displayed price of €90 does not include legally applicable taxes (such as VAT) as appropriate in accordance with current Spanish and European Union tax regulations. To ensure proper vibrational assimilation, access is unlimited.

Modifications: Apotēca Sonōra reserves the right to update or modify its pricing at any time. Price changes will not retroactively affect services already paid for.

Article 4 - Cancellations, Refunds, and Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU) in Spain, since this is digital content supplied electronically without a tangible medium, by accepting the immediate execution of the service at the time of purchase, the user expressly consents to the commencement of delivery and acknowledges that they have the right to withdraw within 14 days following the date of purchase.

Refund Policy: Upon completing your purchase and clicking "Order Now" (or "Pay"), you acknowledge and accept that digital access is delivered instantly, with the right to withdraw within 14 days after purchase. Therefore, all sales are final, with the option for a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Authorized Payment Channels: All purchases are billed exclusively through our official website (apotecasonora.com) using encrypted payment gateways (Stripe or PayPal). Apotēca Sonōra will never request payments or bill you via phone, direct message, or third-party external channels.

10-Day Technical Support Window: If you experience technical playback issues, broken links, or platform access failures, you must contact our support team via our official WhatsApp link within 10 calendar days of purchase. We will work diligently to resolve any access or transmission failure. Any exceptional refund granted due to an unresolved technical failure remains at the sole discretion of Apotēca Sonōra. If a refund is issued, platform access will be revoked immediately, and funds will be credited within 5 to 15 business days to the original payment method.

Article 5 - Disclaimer (Health, Naturopathy, and Wellness)

Apotēca Sonōra offers holistic, educational, and supportive tools for stress modulation, biophotonic reconnection, and the expansion of natural coherence.

Not Medical or Psychological Advice: The contents, sessions, and acoustic potions do not replace the diagnosis, treatment, or consultation of a licensed medical, psychiatric, or psychological professional. Apotēca Sonōra does not diagnose nor intend to cure physical or mental pathologies.

Sovereignty and Individual Results: Although our methods are based on principles of quantum biology, epigenetics, and ancestral wisdom, the results are subjective. They depend on individual effort, consistency, environment, and each person's unique biology. You are the absolute sovereign of your health; always consult your physician before making changes to your medication or treatment.

Emotional Integration and Mental Preparation: Intense tuning or reconnection processes can mobilize deep emotional layers. If you have a history of complex trauma or diagnosed mental health conditions (such as psychotic episodes or dissociative disorders), we recommend using these tools under the supervision of a mental health professional.

Exemption of Liability Clause: Apotēca Sonōra and its creator are exempt from any liability arising from personal, health, or life decisions made by the user during or after the use of our tools.

Article 6 - Account Security and Registration

You are solely responsible for safeguarding the confidentiality of your access credentials (username and password). If you detect unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately. Apotēca Sonōra is not responsible for losses or improper access resulting from negligence in the security of your devices.

Article 7 - Chat Rules and Moderation

To maintain coherence and respect in our community chat and social media, harmonious conduct is required. It is strictly prohibited to:

Distribute download links, pirated content, or private platform materials.

Use violent, discriminatory, defamatory, or obscene language.

Impersonate others or send spam / unauthorized advertising.

Apotēca Sonōra reserves the right to moderate, delete comments, or cancel the account of any user who violates these rules, without the right to a refund.

Article 8 - Technical Limitation of Liability

Apotēca Sonōra is not responsible for service interruptions derived from technical failures outside our infrastructure, such as user internet connection problems, device/headphone incompatibility, or temporary incidents on third-party hosting platforms or payment gateways (such as Teachery, Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, or equivalent services).

Article 9 - Governing Law and Jurisdiction

9.1 Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Spanish legislation and applicable European Union law.

9.2 Dispute Resolution with Consumers: In the event that the user holds the status of consumer and user in accordance with Spanish regulations, any controversy shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals corresponding to the consumer's domicile. Furthermore, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 524/2013, the existence of an online dispute resolution platform provided by the European Commission is hereby informed, accessible at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

9.3 Jurisdiction for Business Relations / Non-Consumers: For those users acting within the scope of their business or professional activity (not considered consumers), the parties expressly agree to submit to the jurisdiction and competence of the Courts and Tribunals of Plasencia (Cáceres, Spain), waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
